Vettri Sirakukal Charitable Trust operates as a non-profit charitable organization.
Donations
All donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions toward charitable activities.
Once a donation is successfully processed:
- Donations are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate transactions or technical payment errors.
- Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
Membership Registration
Membership registrations are free unless otherwise announced.
If any membership fee is introduced in the future:
- Cancellation requests may be reviewed individually.
- Approved refunds will be subject to administrative deductions if applicable.
Event Registrations
For paid events organized by the Trust:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the registration closing date.
- Refund eligibility will depend on event-specific policies.
